1. Conditions of Admission and Stay
To enter, settle on, or stay at the campsite, prior authorisation from the manager or their representative is required. The manager is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and order of the campsite, as well as the enforcement of these rules.
Staying at the campsite implies full acceptance of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them.
No person may establish their legal permanent residence here.
2. Police Formalities
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written parental consent.
In accordance with French law (Article R. 611-35), foreign nationals must complete and sign an individual police form (fiche individuelle de police) upon arrival. This must include:
1° Full name
2° Date and place of birth
3° Nationality
4° Usual home address
Children under 15 may be included on one of their parents' forms.
3. Installation
Outdoor accommodation and all related equipment must be set up on the pitch indicated, in accordance with the instructions provided by the manager or their representative.
4. Reception Desk
Opening hours are decided by the management board and displayed on the reception door.
At reception, you will find information regarding campsite services, food supplies, sports facilities, local tourist attractions, and useful local addresses.
A system for handling complaints is available to all guests.
5. Signage and Display
These rules are displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception desk. A copy is available upon request.
For classified campsites, the rating (tourism or leisure) and the number of pitches are displayed.
Prices for all services are available at reception.
6. Departure Procedures
Guests are requested to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before. Guests intending to leave before the reception opens must settle their final bill the previous evening.
7. Noise and Silence
Guests are asked to avoid all noise and loud discussions that may disturb their neighbours.
Audio devices must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and boots should be closed as quietly as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be left roaming free. They must not be left alone at the campsite, even if confined, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for them.
Total silence is required during the hours set by the manager to ensure everyone’s peace.
8. Visitors
With the manager's authorisation, visitors may enter the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them.
Visitors have access to campsite facilities; however, a fee may be charged for the use of certain equipment (rates are displayed at the entrance and reception).
Visitor cars are strictly prohibited inside the campsite.
9. Vehicle Traffic and Parking
Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a limited speed and strictly on paved roads.
Traffic is authorised from 06:00 to 00:00 (midnight).
Only vehicles belonging to guests staying at the campsite are allowed entry. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches unless a specific parking space is provided. Parking must not obstruct traffic or the arrival of new guests.
10. Tenue et aspect des installations
Everyone is required to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the campsite and its facilities, particularly the sanitary blocks.
Waste Water: It is forbidden to pour wastewater on the ground or into gutters.
It must be emptied into the designated facilities.
Waste: Household waste and litter must be placed in the bins provided.
Washing: Washing clothes/dishes is strictly forbidden outside of the designated sinks.
Laundry: A communal drying area is available. Hanging laundry near accommodation is tolerated until 10:00 AM, provided it is discreet. Using trees as washing lines is strictly prohibited.
Environment: Plants and flowers must be respected. Do not nail anything to trees, cut branches, or plant your own vegetation.
Pitches: Guests must not dig the ground or use personal means to delimit their pitch.
Any damage to vegetation, fences, or campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible.
The pitch must be left in the same condition as it was found.
11. Security
- a) Fire.
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be in good working order and used safely.
In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers are available for emergency use.
A first-aid kit is located at the reception desk.
- b) Theft.
Management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general duty of supervision. However, campers remain responsible for their own setup and equipment. Please report any suspicious activity to management.
12. Games and Activities
No violent or disruptive games may be organised near the facilities.
The meeting room may not be used for boisterous games.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.
13. Dead Storage ("Garage Mort")
Unoccupied equipment may not be left on the grounds without prior management approval. A "dead storage" rate of €1.30/day may be offered for motorhomes, only during the campsite's closing period (1st November to 31st March).
14. Breach of Rules
If a resident disturbs others or fails to comply with these rules, the manager may issue a verbal or written warning.
In the event of serious or repeated breaches, the manager reserves the right to terminate the stay.
In the case of a criminal offence, the manager may call upon the police.
